Lost the only key to my truck. The dealer wanted a tow and a week of waiting. Ray cut and programmed a new smart key right in the parking lot at my work, for well under half of the dealer's quote, and told me the price before he started. He also talked me into a spare, which now lives in my kitchen drawer. Good call.
Inherited my dad's old safe with no combination. Opened inside 10 minutes and reset for me. Honest price!
Locked my keys in the car at the feed store with the dog inside and the windows cracked. The van pulled in 20 minutes after I called, and the door was open a couple of minutes later without a scratch on the paint. Nobody made me feel dumb about it, which I appreciated more than they know. Their number is saved in my phone for good now. Thank you!!
Bought a house and wanted every lock on one key. Dropped the cylinders off on my lunch break and they were ready in half an hour. Ray showed my kid how the pins work. Fair price.
